Terms and conditions: Australian residents must make a spend of $150 to qualify for free shipping. Shipping method will be express post. (To register you parcel please add $10 to the order, this covers any loss or damage in the post)
International customers must make a spend of $250 Australian Dollars (Around $170 USD) to qualify for free express shipping. Shipping method used will be express air mail (3-10 days) or Registered Air Mail depending on location.
International orders $150-$249 will still be FREE shipping but only Regular Air or Sea Mail will be used. Regular Air mail is not covered by insurance.
There are no limits to qty of goods purchased, and you are able to use any discount vouchers with the offer also.
Returns Policy
All items purchased through mydfo.com come with a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee.
When you purchase through the store you except our terms and conditions regarding returns.
-Returns must be arranged within 7 days from date item was sent.
-Returns must come back in the same condition as the left & with tags still attached.
-We do not refund on the postage cost of your order
*if postage was listed as free you will be charged the cost of postage
(usually $7.90 express 500grams)
-We reserve the right not to give refunds or exchanges if item is deemed to be worn or used.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

-Next day delivery to Aus Post Express delivery areas only. Orders before 3pm only.

3kg Express Post Parcel - $10.90 - (Delivery time 1-2 days depending on location)

3kg Regular Registered Parcel - $14 - (Delivery time 1-5 days depending on location)

We can and will combine post when ordering multiple items - this will occur through checkout, the cart will simply add up the weight of your items and charge you accordingly.
All items are sent within 24 hours of purchase exept for orders placed over the weekend. If you want an express item for next day delivery please get your orders in before midday and check your address is in an Express Delivery area
